Disciplinaries and Grievances


There are occasions when an employee wishes to raise a concern or complaint in relation to their employment.  These situations should be dealt with under a grievance process.


There are also times when an employee behaves in a way that is unacceptable.  Some issues can be resolved informally others will need to be dealt with by following a formal disciplinary process.
